All class passes are for individual use only and cannot be transferred or shared with others.
Each class pass type is valid only for its designated class category:
If you have purchased EDS class pass(es) within the last 24 hours, you may request a full refund. Your refund will be credited back to your original form of payment. After 24 hours, class passes are non-refundable.
Upon registering for a class, the required class points will be deducted. If you decide to cancel a class before it starts, class points will be credited back to your MyEDS account according to the following rules:
Class points that you have purchased must be used (for registering classes) before the expiration date. Any un-used points will be forfeited. Please note that class cancellations after pass expiry will not result in crediting back of class points. If you have multiple passes of the same type, those with the earliest expiry will be used first.
Please note that class passes are non-extendable. However, exceptions are made for injuries or extended travel outside California, where physical attendance becomes impossible. In such cases, we offer a one-time pause on your class pass. Contact EDS customer service to deactivate your pass temporarily. Upon your return and ability to attend classes, we will reinstate the remaining points and extend the pass validity accordingly. The pause period must be longer than two months but cannot exceed 12 months.
